​Atkins James are currently looking to source a Project Manager on a permanent basis for a construction main contractor based in Lincolnshire. This role has become available due to natural growth and planned development within the county.

The businesses operate on a regional basis across a number of counties in the UK. The current opportunity available is with the Lincoln office who design and build a variety of projects ranging from housing to large manufacturing sites, leisure centres and offices amongst others.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple projects across Lincolnshire and bordering areas

  • Programming works – working  closely with sub-contractors to achieve

  • Working on projects ranging from smaller refurbishments to larger new build

  • Value experience in excess of £10m

  • Client relationship building

  • Working closely with commercial team to achieve cost efficiencies

  • Communicating to senior levels of the business

The Candidate:

  • Experience at project manager level, managing multiple projects

  • Project values in excess of £10m

  • SMSTS, CSCS and NVQ Level 6

  • Located in Lincolnshire or commutable distance to Lincoln and surrounding areas

  • Mixed experience would be beneficial for this role – housing, leisure, education etc.
