Atkins James are currently looking to source a Site Manager on a permanent basis for a construction main contractor based in Lincolnshire. This role has become available due to natural growth and planned development within the county.
The businesses operates on a regional basis across a number of counties in the UK. The current opportunity available is with the Lincoln office who design and build a variety of projects ranging from housing to large manufacturing sites, leisure centres and offices amongst others.
Manage construction projects with values exceeding £10m
Monitoring and amending programs as required
Quality monitor of sub-contractors
Chair client meetings and relationship build
Monitor and enforce Health and Safety
Steel Frame experience at site manager level is a must for this role. The initial project is a large steel frame design and build contract
Project value experience in excess of £8million – New build.
Ideally a trade background with 10 years + experience at site manager level
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid as a minimum
Located in Lincolnshire or within a commutable distance to Lincoln centre
A strong manager with proven experience delivering new build projects
